The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the micro-enterprise Le grenier des antiquités militaires, whose head office is located, 68600 WOLFGANTZEN, micro-enterprise under the number SIRET no. 879 478 758 00011 and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.g-antiquites- militaires.com.
1. Purpose of the contract.
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is to establish the contractual arrangements between Le grenier des antiquités militaires and the Customer and the terms and conditions applicable to any purchase made through the www.g-antiquites-militaires.com.
The acquisition of a property through this site implies the customer’s unconditional acceptance of the present conditions of sale.
2. Features of Items Offered for Sale
The articles offered are those listed in the catalogue published on www.g-antiquites-militaires.com. Each article is accompanied by a description drawn up by Le grenier des antiquités militaires. The photographs in the catalogue are as faithful as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the article offered, especially as regards colours.
3. Geographical area
The online sale of articles presented on the site is in strict compliance with the laws in force in the European Union.
4. Rates
The prices are net in euro, without application of VAT (Art. 293B of the C.G.I.).Le grenier des antiquités militaires reserves the right to modify his prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer. The prices quoted do not include the cost of order processing, transportation and shipping.
The transport costs are calculated for shipments in France (Postal rates in force). For all shipments abroad, the port will be calculated according to the country of reception after agreement with the buyer.
5. Orders
The customer places an order on the website www.grenier-antiquités-militaires.com. To purchase one or more items, it is mandatory to follow the following ordering process :
- Selecting items and adding to cart
- Validation of the contents of the basket
- Identification on the website or entry on the identification sheet on which it will indicate all the contact details requested
- Choice of delivery method
- Choice of payment method and acceptance of Gtcs
- Validation of the payment
The customer will be able at any time during the order process to see the details of his order as well as his total price and correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance.
Le grenier des antiquités militaires reserves the ownership of the items until the order has been fully paid, that is to say at the receipt of the price of the order.
Le grenier des antiquités militaires reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that originates from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. Any order means acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items available for sale.
Le grenier des antiquités militaires it undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limit of available stocks.
6. Terms of Payment
Payment of purchases is made via one of the following means, at the Customer’s convenience:
- By Paypal (for foreign customers)
- By bank transfer
- By bank cheque for France (payable to Le grenier des antiquités militaires)

The ordered items will then be reserved 7 calendar days from the date of the order. After this period and failing receipt of the said cheque, Le grenier des antiquités militaires reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order. The cheque will then be returned as soon as it is received.
The payment is made upon receipt of the cheque unless agreed in advance (deferred payment or several times).
7. Shipping and Delivery Times
Any order placed on the site of Le grenier des antiquités militaires before 13h from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) will be prepared and sent within a maximum of 5 days, subject to receipt of payment.
The customer has a period of 30 working days from the date of dispatch of the order to report the non-receipt and request the resolution of the sale and the refund of the items, if these are shipped in registered. After this time, no resolution of the sale will be accepted.
The customer is required to check the condition of the delivered items. Any anomaly found (missing item, damaged package, broken item, etc.) must be indicated within 4 days in the Le grenier des antiquités militaires, following receipt.
8. Withdrawal period: exchange or return
The Customers, non-professional natural persons, benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of their order to make the return of the product to the attic of military antiquities for exchange or refund without penalty.
The shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The Customer will be reimbursed by cheque (less shipping costs) as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal.
Exchange and return conditions for refund
Returned items must be new and in perfect condition. They will have to be returned in a condition that allows them to be marketed.
The customer must keep proof of the delivery of the package with the return service provider.
In the absence of this proof, no exchange or refund can be made in case of loss of the parcel.
9. Membership and Personal Data
All new registrants must have read, understood and fully accepted the terms of these Gtcs. Nicknames/passwords are strictly personal.
In accordance with Article 34 of the French law "Informatique et Libertés", the site guarantees the user a right of opposition, access and rectification on the personal data concerning him.
